Risks

What can go wrong, stated plainly.

Testnet code

The contracts are unaudited. This is testnet. Do not use real funds.

Testnet resets

Elysium testnet can be reset. Tokens, balances and history on 99801 can disappear. Nothing on testnet has value.

Single sequencer

Elysium has one sequencer. It decides the order of transactions inside a block, by priority fee. If it stops, the chain stops. If it censors a transaction, that transaction does not land. The Batch open removes the advantage of ordering in the first 30 seconds of a launch; after that, ordering works as on any chain with one sequencer.

Permissioned validation at launch

At mainnet launch, validation of Elysium's state on HyperEVM is permissioned. Users rely on the operators until validation is opened up.

Prices fall

Launched tokens are speculative. Most go to zero. A token that graduates can still lose most of its value.

The Floor is finite

The Floor is 1% of the HYPE raised. It buys at −30% from the graduation price until the budget runs out or 72 hours pass, whichever comes first. After that there is no floor.

Tailwind depends on real fees

Tailwind returns what Elysium actually pays as builder share. If sequencer fees are low, Tailwind is small. On testnet, Tailwind is a simulation funded by the deployer.

Governance

All parameters live in AnemosConfig, owned by a Governor. On testnet the Governor is the deployer. The Governor can change fees, thresholds and system addresses for future launches. It cannot mint tokens, move liquidity out of the locker or change a curve that is already trading.

Third-party contracts

Graduated pools use a third-party Uniswap V3 deployment on Elysium testnet. A bug in that deployment would affect ANEMOS pools.

HyperCore steps depend on others

The Book and Perp stage needs HyperCore hooks on Elysium, a HyperCore spot deployment and a HIP-3 deployer partner. None of them is controlled by ANEMOS. They may arrive late or not at all.

Fake tokens

$ANEMOS is not launched. Any contract address claiming to be $ANEMOS before it is posted on X is fake. Anyone can launch a token with any name on any launchpad, including this one.
